Domestic (Pakistan)

In case of any unpleasant or unsatisfactory experience, you can claim a full refund of your order or replace the items within 30 days of receiving them.

However, certain items — such as clay pots, furniture, and baskets — are not eligible for refund or replacement in cases of change of mind.

International (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, USA, Canada, UK)

In case of a broken or damaged item, you can claim a full refund of your items within 14 days of receiving them.
